EXTERIOR & INTERIOR
The Department of Public Works in Kwa-Zulu Natal identified a dilapidated building in the Durban CBD which belonged to the National Government of South Africa and as a form of consolidating some of the Department of Public Works departments as various other state departments that are scattered around the Metropolitan, conceptualized the idea of consolidating all the various departments into one building which would aid in the streamlining of their execution of their work. This was also a bid of the greater vision to revitalize the CBD of Durban.
